Our business is founded on providing responsive, knowledgeable service to our clients. Recognizing this, Pantheon has a team of professionals whose primary purpose is to understand and help meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Pantheon's Client Service team is global, reflecting the international scope of our business and our client base. The team is comprised of Untitled 19** members located in London and San Francisco.

Customized Service and Support
Pantheon assigns a relationship manager to each client to serve as their client service liaison. Supported by the Client Service team and regional investment professionals, the relationship manager identifies the client's service requirements and ensures effective communication. While the entire organization exists to provide excellent private equity investment service, Pantheon strives to meet its clients' unique needs with customized service.

Support for our clients comes in many forms—in written updates on investment activity, regularly scheduled calls and participation on information panels. We provide advice and guidance on a client's private equity allocation and invite clients to events where they can gain broader insight into the dynamics of private equity. We do everything we can to help clients expand their knowledge about this asset class.
