Carol is a senior partner at Pantheon and has worked in the private equity industry since 1983. Carol is a member of Pantheon's International Investment Committee and the Global Infrastructure Committee. Carol sits on the BVCA Research Advisory Board and on the board of the CFA Society of the U.K.

Previous Experience
Carol joined Pantheon in 1990 after four years with Prudential Venture Managers making direct private equity investments and specialising in the development of opportunities in Continental Europe. Before entering the private equity industry, she spent eleven years in manufacturing, engineering and European project management with Procter & Gamble.

Educational Background
BSc in Chemical Engineering, Birmingham University
