Jay directs Business Development and Client Service activities in North America. He is also a senior member of the North American secondary investment team and a member of the International Investment Committee. Jay joined Pantheon in 1987 and was a member of the buyout team that purchased the business from GT Management in 1988.

Previous Experience
Jay was previously a commercial banker at the Northern Trust Company in Chicago.
