John oversees Pantheon legal affairs in Europe, with a particular focus on fund structuring. He also works closely with the investment teams on the review, structure and completion of primary and secondary investments and direct co-investments.

Previous Experience
John was an associate within the Corporate Department of Debevoise & Plimpton, having previously trained at Linklaters.

Educational Background
LLB in Law with French, Birmingham University and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998.
