Justine is responsible for providing legal support and advice in relation to the structuring, establishment and marketing of Pantheon funds. Justine also assists Pantheon's primary, secondary and direct investment teams on the structure, negotiation and completion of investment transactions.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining Pantheon, Justine was an Associate in the Private Equity Funds Department of SJ Berwin LLP, having previously practiced corporate law for 4 years in Australia

Educational Background
LLB in Law and a BA in International Studies (Japanese) from The University of Technology, Sydney
Admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales, Australia in 2001
