Previous Experience
Prior to joining Pantheon, Nik was a member of the European M&A team of UBS Investment Bank where he worked on both public and private M&A, corporate finance and restructuring mandates for mid to large cap clients. Prior to joining UBS, Nik spent six years in the M&A department of SG Hambros in London, where he worked on a wide variety of acquisitions and divestitures for both corporate and private equity clients, focusing primarily on the transport sector.
