In our quest to attain the best mix of performance and risk management, Pantheon employs a variety of techniques and tools to assess fund and manager performance. Ongoing monitoring helps ensure that investment strategy and activity meets investment objectives.



Several groups at Pantheon help ensure all investments meet its rigorous standards. Our Investment Management Committee (IMC) includes the heads of Pantheon's U.S., European, Asian, and Global Secondary teams. The IMC oversees the adoption of best practices and coordinates Pantheon's investment processes worldwide.

Additionally, Pantheon has groups within each region that locally direct investment strategy, originate deal flow, facilitate due diligence, and structure investments. Within each region, the Regional Investment Committees and Secondary Investment Committee offer another level of oversight and evaluation.
